The story begins
Founded as Epilog and routed in academic research as a spin-off from Ghent University, Antwerp University, and Imec, to bring advanced and validated EEG signal processing to clinical practice.
2022
Clinical care and

- Launched Persyst ESI powered by Epilog, an FDA-cleared/CE-marketed SaMD, with a focus on rare and complex epilepsies.
- Obtained ISO 13485:2016 certification.
- Launched clinical trial services business.

Clouds of Care
- Kick-started Sleep Insights, a PSG-analysis solution for sleep disorders.
- Obtained ISO 27001:2013 certification.
- Re-branded to Clouds of Care to expand offerings from epilepsy to CNS.
